Contact: junior@aisigma.pro
What data we collect
- Anonymous session ID (UUID) stored in your browser localStorage.
- Content of your conversations with the Junior chatbot — your questions and Junior’s answers.
- Conversation language (PL / EN).
- Timestamp of each message.
- Messages sent via the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and message body.
Purpose of processing
- Improving the quality of Junior’s responses.
- Allowing Junior to recall past conversations (semantic memory).
- Analyzing the most common customer questions.
- Responding to inquiries and contact requests.
Where the data is stored
Data is stored in a Supabase database, Frankfurt region (European Union), in compliance with GDPR.
Third-party processing
OpenAI (USA) — your messages are sent to the OpenAI API so the language model can generate replies. This is essential for the chatbot to function.
Resend (EU) — messages submitted through the contact form are delivered via Resend to the administrator’s mailbox.
We do not sell or share your data with any other parties.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your data.
- Right to rectification (correction).
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to restrict processing.
- Right to object to processing.
- Right to data portability.
To exercise any of these rights — in particular to request data deletion — contact: junior@aisigma.pro or use the contact form on the home page.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Only an anonymous session ID is kept in your browser’s localStorage; it cannot be used to identify you outside of this website.
Retention period
Conversations are currently stored indefinitely to continuously improve the chatbot and power its semantic memory feature.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the administrator.
